In the director’s hometown of Columbus, GA, Oh Happy Day!, explores the coming of age story of a young black boy falling in love during Easter week. It explores the pageantry performance of Easter, religion, first love, black boy joy and much more. This slideshow shows a few selections of my work of set and prop design.
